Stillwater Reset ("we") is operated by Ink & Apple. We take your privacy seriously — the data you log here is personal, and we treat it that way.
What we collect
- Email address (to create your account and send the cheat sheet)
- Fast history, symptom logs, electrolyte intake (only if you log them)
- Anonymous usage analytics (page views, feature usage — no PII)
- Payment confirmation from our payment processor (we never see your card number)
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data. Ever.
- We don't share health data with third parties for marketing.
- We don't run ad-tracking pixels or behavioral retargeting.
Who processes data on our behalf
- Lovable Cloud (database + auth)
- Stripe / Lovable Payments (payment processing)
- Resend (transactional email delivery)
Your rights
You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time from your account settings, or by emailing privacy@stillwaterreset.com. If you're in the EU/UK, you have additional rights under GDPR. If you're in California, you have rights under CCPA. We honor both.
Retention
We keep your data until you delete your account. After deletion, backups containing your data are purged within 30 days.
