Stillwater Reset is operated by Ink & Apple (the "Company," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the app, website, or downloadable materials (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is not appropriate for everyone — see our Medical Disclaimer.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the information you enter, including health information you log. Keep your password secret. You can delete your account at any time.

3. Purchases & refunds

The paid unlock is a one-time charge of $12.99 USD for lifetime access. We offer a 14-day refund window — see our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Don't share your account, resell access, scrape the app, or use it in ways that could harm yourself or others. We can suspend accounts that do.

5. Intellectual property

All Stillwater Reset content (text, design, code, the cheat sheet PDF) is owned by Ink & Apple. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use it — not to redistribute it.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is." We don't promise the Service is error-free or that the protocol is right for your specific medical situation. Read the Medical Disclaimer.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ink & Apple is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
