14-day refund window. No questions. No "are you sure?" email.

How it works

Within 14 days of your $12.99 unlock, email refunds@stillwaterreset.com from the address on your account. Say "refund." That's the whole message. We'll process it within 5 business days.

What you keep

• The free 72-hour timer remains available to you.
• The cheat sheet PDF is yours — keep it.
• Your account data is preserved unless you ask us to delete it.

What you lose

Access to paid features: cross-device sync, fast history, symptom logging, daily check-ins, 7-day refeeding plan, and the Resources tab.

After 14 days

Refunds are at our discretion. We'll be reasonable. We'd rather give you your money back than have you feel ripped off.
